Where do I start?
This is going to vary depending on who you are and what your goals are. We want to make this as simple as possible for people who are just getting started.
The first program is called An Intro to Mindfulness, and it includes 6 short sessions that will teach you about the practice of mindfulness. The second program is called the Mindfulness Foundations, and it includes 42 guided meditations and activities.
